Tongabezi - October 2011 news

They say excellence is not an act, but rather a habit. It certainly is becoming a convention at Tujatane – the Tongabezi Trust School has taken top honor’s once again as they won the National Arts Theatre of Zambia Champion trophy in Traditional Dance and achieved second place in Drama. The school also brought home individual wins for best actor, best actress, best supporting actor, best drummer, best script AND best director. Esther Milupi has also been nominated for the Ngoma Award which is the Zambian version of the Oscars for junior performing artists. Overall Tujatane was awarded the most outstanding basic school.
