Chongwe Safaris announce brand new affordable rates for Kasaka River Lodge

Every year we expect rates to increase, or at best be held with special offers being sent out from all over Africa (feedback tells me this is very hard to keep up with) but at Chongwe Safaris the big decision has been made to bite the bullet and reduce our rates at Kasaka River Lodge. This is absolutely not about reducing standards or cutting costs in any way, quite the opposite in fact, with much effort made in improving the quality of the camp, facilities (including vehicles) and service on offer, this is simply about enticing more visitors to this magnificent part of Zambia.

The Lower Zambezi valley in Zambia is one of Africa's last great wilderness areas. Renowned for breathtaking scenery and incredible wildlife, it's also home to one of the continent's top safari companies - Chongwe Safaris who recently acquired Kasaka River Lodge.  We have realised that for many the Lower Zambezi has just not been an option and therefore missed this area out altogether. Chongwe Safaris would like to try and change this by making it a rather more affordable option for families and couples on a slightly more limited budget.
