Kapani Lodge is the perfect base to begin and end a walking safari to one or more of the remote bush camps. The luxurious lodge is situated on a quiet lagoon just off the Luangwa River and accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in 5 deluxe suites and 1 “Lagoon House”. Guests can relax between game viewing activities by the secluded swimming pool, on the shady viewing platform, in the thatched “chitenge” overlooking the lagoon or in the “map room” where a collection of books and games are at the guests disposal.

Kakuli Camp has 4 spacious tents, each built under a shady thatched roof with ensuite bathrooms open to the sky and is located at the confluence of the Luwi and Luangwa rivers.

Luwi Camp has 4 chalets built of grass and thatch with en-suite bathrooms. The most rustic and remote camp, offering a true African wilderness experience, nestled under huge trees on the banks of a permanent lagoon.

Mchenja Camp with 4 luxurious tents, is nestled under a grove of ancient ebony trees on the banks of the Luangwa River. Each tent features an indoor bath plus an outdoor shower open to the skies of Africa.

Nsolo Camp has 4 spacious chalets built on raised wooden decks with reed walls and en-suite bathrooms open to the sky. Each chalet is set under the shade of evergreen trees with private verandahs overlooking the surrounding bush and the seasonal Luwi River. Chalets are widely spaced apart, individually designed, extremely comfortable yet still rustic and simple.
